We want you to be fully prepared to operate your business.

Training is conducted at our corporate headquarters in Springfield, Virginia. It is a full week (Monday – Friday) of intense study including:

• Being a Franchise Owner
• Mailing Timelines and Deadlines
• Handling Artwork and Layout
• Pricing
• Accounting
• Marketing the Business
• Managing the Sales Process
• Making Presentations / Proposals
• Providing Excellent Customer Service
• Managing Time
• Working with Co-op Advertising
• Hiring & Managing Employees

And more!

In addition, after you have completed training at headquarters, you will be assigned a field trainer. The field trainer will visit with you in your territory to help build on the sales skills you have recently learned.
