Steps to becoming a United Marketing Solutions Franchisee:

1. Complete our short information form.

2. You will be contacted by our Director of Franchise Development who will get to know you better and will be able to answer your questions.
3. An Information Packet will be sent to you containing additional information as well as our Confidential Qualification Report. You will complete the form and return it to us via our prepaid postage envelope. Once we receive the completed form, you will be sent our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for your review. You can receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) in one of two ways. You can receive an e-mail which will include a link to bring you to our FDD which is in pdf format. You will need to have Adobe Reader software installed on your computer to do so. We can also furnish you with our Franchise Disclosure Document in paper form. If you qualify as a franchisee prospect and request the document, we will mail or courier it to you at our cost.
4. The next step is to speak with our franchisees so that you can learn, first-hand, the benefits and rewards of being a United Marketing Solutions' franchisee in order to determine if this is the right choice for you.
5. Attend Discovery Day / Visit UMS Headquarters. You will visit our corporate headquarters in Springfield, Virginia. We will have a full day together where you will meet the management team and tour the production facility. It also gives us the opportunity to learn more about you.
6. Execute Your Franchise Agreement. At this point, we have made the mutual decision to open a new franchise in your territory. After executing your agreement, we will schedule your place in the New Franchise Training class.
7. Attend Training. You will attend one week of comprehensive sales and business training at corporate headquarters.
8. Receive On-Site Support. We will schedule a trainer to spend one week in your territory to work with you as you start your business.
9. Open your Territory. You have a complete support staff behind you as you are now realizing your dream of owning your own business!
