A: Absolutely not! During training, you are shown how much information you need to gather from your customers to submit to our team of experienced, professional graphic artists. They will take your rough draft or concept and return a professional proof to you to show your customer.

Q: Does United Marketing Solutions finance the franchise fee? Or any part of the total investment?

A: United Marketing Solutions does not finance any part of the franchise fee or total investment. Fortunately, we are on the SBA registry of pre-approved franchises which can help expedite your qualification of an SBA loan. There are also other choices in financing your franchise investment. Your professional financial advisor can help guide you to make the best choice for your specific circumstances.

Q: Can I get a larger territory?

A: Yes. We encourage you to grow your business. More territory may be designated based on availability, business potential and/or your past performance developing your existing territory.

Q: How much money can I expect to make?

A: Much of your income potential will depend on how much effort you put into growing your business. If you follow the system, our proven business model will help you realize your maximum potential -- earned from your efforts. Regulations prohibit us from making an unsubstantiated claim of earnings potential. However, through the worksheet in our FDD, we can help guide you through your due diligence to validate earnings potential with our existing franchisees.

Q: What if I don’t have sales experience?

A: As long as you have good social skills and a genuine desire to build business relationships, we can train you. During your initial franchise training, we will show you how to sell direct mail effectively -- what to say,and how to say it to get results. Many of our successful franchisees did not have prior sales experience. As long as you utilize the sales system and work your territory, you can enjoy success in your franchise.

Q: If you don’t charge a royalty, how does United Marketing Solutions make money?

A: United Marketing Solutions generates revenue from the sale of printing/production of products that our franchisees sell. We strive to offer our franchisees the most competitive pricing, so they can be competitive and maximize profits.

Q: What is the term of the Franchise License Agreement?

A: The initial term of the Agreement is ten years. Renewals are for five years.
